Chris Doran was called to the Bar in 1990, admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and became a partner of what is now Beachcroft LLP in 2005. (Please note that from 31 October 2011 I will be a partner in what is to be called DAC Beachcroft LLP).
Chris has considerable experience of acting for employers, contractors and construction professionals in a wide variety of construction and engineering disputes (involving litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudications), including complex and high value and international disputes arising out of the major standard forms of building contract including the JCT Standard Forms of Contract including the DOM/1 and 2 forms of sub-contract, the FIDIC forms, the RIBA form, NEC, ICE and ACE conditions, as well as bespoke contracts.
